Delirium II depicts a densely furnished interior in which a chair, bed, boxes, and everyday objects emerge through a meticulous network of dots and delicate lines. In the foreground, the almost monochrome scene is disrupted by a striking blue-violet, insect-like form that appears both alien and intrusive within the familiar space. Its exaggerated scale and intense colour shift the viewer’s perception, introducing a dreamlike sense of unease. Lundbohm allows the recognisable domestic environment to hover between precise observation and a more uncertain, delirious reality.
