In Interacting, Jacob Brostrup allows a classical interior and lush vegetation to grow into one another. Doors, windows, and architectural details are repeated in translucent layers, while wild plant life spreads through the rooms and dissolves the boundary between inside and outside. Shifting greens and luminous passages create a dreamlike sense of space in which several perspectives seem to coexist. The work explores the encounter between the constructed environment and a natural world that gradually transforms it.
